Hi! I'm Jyoti, Head Coach and 46 year old Mom of 2.

I'm not your typical trainer or coach.  I wasn't athletic and in fact, never worked out until much later in life when I ran into some health scares.

I'm a 46-year-old mother of two teens who discovered fitness in my 30s.  The road to fitness has helped me break through my physical and mental barriers and given me the energy and confidence to be the best version of myself - physically, emotionally, and mentally!

Fitness helped me rediscover myself and realize that I can be healthy, fit, AND have a successful career & take care of my family.

Realizing what a difference fitness & good nutrition made for me and my life, I decided to pursue my passion in helping other women feel and look their best.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (PN1) with over 12 years of experience.  I help women over 40 feel strong, energized, and happy in the way they look and feel.

I have helped hundreds of women realize the greatness they have inside, achieving things they never thought possible for themselves both inside and outside of the gym.
